About The President/CEO
Ms. McElroy has over 25 years of expert experience in the field of human resources in both union and non-union work environments. Prior to starting her Inland Empire based HR consulting and training firm in 1996, she held the position of human resources director for a number of high profile companies including General Electric, GAF Corporation, and the Santa Fe Railroad (where she managed the HR function for 5-states).
As President and Owner of LTM Associates, Ms. McElroy and her team of human resources, safety, and workers compensation experts, consult with companies of all sizes and industries to establish and maintain positive work relationships between employees and management through collaborative efforts that promote team work, high productivity, positive employee morale, and improved bottom-line results. Her teamís mission is to ensure that company leaders become more knowledgeable in workplace law compliance, to help managers and supervisors to develop proactive leadership skills that promote success and profit, and to teach employers how to prevent employee-related lawsuits and other workplace liabilities issues.
Ms. McElroy has taught HR/Workplace law Compliance Courses at community colleges & universities in Southern CA. In January 2015, she also started teaching on-line HR/Workplace Law Compliance Courses, through the LERN INSTITUTE. The LERN Institute serves more than 1,000 state universities 4-year colleges, community colleges, private educational institutions, nation-wide. Ms. McElroy was honored to be a presenter at the 2013 Inland Empire Legal Conference sponsored by the CA Employer Advisory Council (CEAC). Previous accomplishments also include being an HR Consultant for the SBA-Small Business Development Center (SBDC)-Riverside & Pomona offices, and the Inland Empire Womenís Entrepreneur Center.
