LTM Continuous Services Program

Receive all of the benefits of a big-company Human Resources Department, without having to incur expensive overhead staff-support costs.

This is a great year-to-year retainer program for employers (with 30 to 1000 employees), that do not have in-house expertise, but desire a full-support network of experienced human resources professionals to help manage the "people side" of the business.

The program includes regular on-site visits with the employer during the month, as well as day-to-day coaching, guidance, managerial and administrative support via the telephone, email, or fax.

Employers can also out-source, a portion, or all of the following functions:
